Bees and Cherries

"When it comes to titling paintings, what comes first -- the chicken or the egg?" This was a query Robert Glenn had from B.J. Wright, who went on to say: "I have paintings that are still untitled, in spite of trying several titles, as one would try on prom dresses. Other works were a title first -- then the painting emerged."
You've created that beautiful piece of artwork, so now comes the part where you have to...name it. Fear not! With a few easy steps, you can have an awesome and memorable name!
There are different ways to find Titles:
1. Sentimental ones
2.Numerical ( I use this one to often, it is easy, maybe not good but easy)
3.Factual ( Like the name of the place or person you just painted)
4.Abstract
5.Mysterious
6.What type of Image do you want to create in the viewers mind?( Carol Marine is an expert at this)
7.Alliteration helps the Title flow
8.Key words help art lovers find your work.
