This was my painting for the color challenge at DPW.
For this challenge we had to t choose from one of 3 color schemes: complementary, split-complementary or triadic, and create a painting with only those colors.
You may use either the traditional or Munsell wheel. One other option is to combine the complementary & split-complementary and use those 4 colors. (for example, red, turquoise, green & lime-green).
I used a split complementary palette , red, blue-green, and yellow green.
