One Blue Berry
About This Painting: When I was a kid my mother used to pick wild blueberries, unlike the berries that I buy in the store today those berries grew in wet lands. My Mom would put on my dads fishing bibs and wade into the marsh land where the berries grew. I remember one time when she came home with a story of running into other berry pickers in the marsh, bears! She said,she back up slowly and move to a different area of the swamp. I was really glad that those bears didn't get our blueberries because my Mom made the world best blue berry pie.
