Old Burgundy, wine bottlesAbout This Painting: Today it was hot here. We went out on the lake to watch the sunset into the dark blue black ink of the water. I wanting to catch a cool refreshing breeze off of the lake but the air was still, with the last bit of summer hanging heavy on the night, no breeze. We decided to take a pontoon boat ride around the lake and create our own breeze.A nice glass of Burgundy, a warm night, and the last days of summer make for no regrets, a day well spent.
